AIRPORT

Midwest National Air Center (GPH), formerly Clay County Regional Airport, is located northeast of the Kansas City Metro area. It is owned and managed by Clay County. There are instrument approaches from both north and south to the 5,500 foot hard-surface, lighted runway. Fuel prices for both 100LL and JetA are the lowest in the area. There is a maintenance FBO, self service or full service fueling, hangars, a shadeport, and tie-downs. A second large FBO hangar is currently under construction. Unicom is available on 122.7.

Driving: From the Kansas City area, go north on I-35 past Liberty, Missouri. Exit east onto highway 69 towards Excelsior Springs and Lawson (exit 20). Go 6.7 miles (east) and turn left (north) onto Rhodus Road, just past the Pour Boys convenience store. Follow Rhodus Road to the airport, which can be seen from highway 69.
